The Site provides various features categorized as follows:

3.1. The Visitor may view the contents posted by the Job Seeker, the Employer, and other information on the Site.

3.2. Creating an account by the Job Seeker on the Site

3.2.1. The Site allows the Job Seeker to create an account by providing details including but not limited to name, address, qualification details, mobile number, email address, and resume. Once the Job Seeker is registered on the Site, the Job Seeker may allow its profile to be listed on the Site and provide details of its skill, qualification, and preferences, if any.

3.2.2. Allowing Job Seeker to view the profile of the Employer listed on the Site.

3.2.3. Allowing the Employer to view the profile of the Job Seeker and communicate with the Job Seeker.

3.2.4. Enabling Job Seeker to apply to job opportunities listed by the Employer.

3.3. Creating an account by the Employer on the Site

3.3.1. The Site allows the Employer to create an account by providing details including but not limited to name, certificate of registration with appropriate authority, mobile number, and contact details. Once the Employer is registered on the Site, the Employer may allow its profile to be listed on the Site and provide details of job opportunities.

3.3.2. Employers to create educational material on various skills.

3.3.3. Enabling Job Seeker to apply to job opportunities listed by Employers.

3.3.4. Enabling Job Seeker to communicate with the Job Seeker.

4. TERMS OF SALE AND PAYMENT

4.1. By placing an order on this Site, you offer to purchase service(s) or product(s) on the terms and conditions set forth herein or in the description of the service(s) or product(s) offered on the Site. All orders are subject to availability and delivery of a service / product may be delayed for which we will not be responsible.

4.2. We put our utmost effort to ensure that all the details of the service / product including description and images which appear on this Site are accurately provided by the Employer.

9. AARBEIT JOBS PRIVATE LIMITED RESPONSIBILITY

9.1 Aarbeit Jobs Private Limited provides a platform for Employer to list job opportunities provided by them and facilitates Visitor and/Job Seeker of the Site to view and/or apply to job opportunities. Aarbeit Jobs Private Limited responsibility is limited only to as intermediary within the meaning of Information Technology Act, 2002 (as amended) and Rules thereunder.

9.2. Aarbeit Jobs Private Limited on receipt of information regarding unlawful activity by the Visitor, Job Seeker, and Employer, or on its own may bar access to the Site or delete account of such users on the Site.

9.3. The use of the site in no way constitute Employee and Employer relationship between the Visitor and/or Job Seeker and Aarbeit Jobs Private Limited.

10. AARBEIT JOBS PRIVATE LIMITED COOPERATION WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY

Aarbeit Jobs Private Limited may inform and/or provide information to law enforcement agencies or government of unlawful activity by the Visitor, Job Seeker, and Employers on the Site.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY / LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES

ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

In the event of any dispute or differences arising out of or in connection within this Agreement then in such an event the Parties shall resolve the dispute or difference by reference to Arbitration to be conducted in New Delhi, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, and we shall have sole right to appoint an arbitrator.

16. SEVERABILITY

The provisions contained in this Terms of Use are enforceable independent of each other. If any provision is determined by the competent court to be unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect.

17. CHANGES TO TERMS OF USE
