RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
This Return and Cancellation Policy is incorporated into and subject to the terms of the Terms of Use. This Return and Cancellation Policy sets out the procedures and practices of AARBEIT JOBS PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the laws of India having CIN numbered U74999DL2020PTC370684, having its registered address at C/O Mr. Amar Singh, Shop No-308, Plot No-02, Sector-05, Aggarwal Tower, Mlu Plaza, Dwarka, New Delhi, Pincode – 110075, India (hereinafter referred to as "we", "our", or "us") regarding cancellation of service(s) / product(s) which you have availed on https://www.aarbeitjobs.com/ (hereinafter referred to as "Site").
1. You may cancel the service(s) / product(s) which you may have been availed by de-activating your account.
2. Once you de-active your account the information / details provided by you may be retained for a specified period in compliance with regulatory measures.
REFUND POLICY
1. Cancellation of the Competition: If the competition gets canceled for any reason before it takes place, participants may be eligible for a full refund of their registration fee.
2. Non-Performance of Services: If the event organizer fails to provide the promised services or does not meet the stated competition guidelines, participants could be eligible for a refund.
3. Time frame for refund : Within 2 to 3 days of Cancellation of the competition.
4. Refund amount : Refund amount will be after 18% GST.
5. Original Payment Method : The refund will be processed back to the original payment method used by the participant during Registration.
6. Bank Transfer : We offer to refund the registration fee via bank transfer directly to the participant’s bank account.
